First!

Well hello there!

It has been over a year since I attempted to start this blog and [obviously] didn't keep up with it!

I struggled because I wasn't exactly sure what to write about... or if anyone would care at all. However, here I am now, writing this blog post... I figured, I don't need a reason. I wanted to do it, so here I am. I'm a 21 year old girl, in the process of not only purchasing my first home, but building it brand spanking new. I'm in a great relationship with a man that I am SO happy to call me own, have a better relationship with my family than I ever have (funny how once you grow up, they become your best friends!), and quite frankly I kind of just want to document everything, for myself. One day, I want to be able to look back at these posts and know exactly what I was going through at the time. Kind of like my own personal diary, which the world gets to see! I want my friends and family back home to be able to keep up with my life, without having to use my Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram account.

With that being said, here goes nothing!
